These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Tops Supplies website (topssupplies.co.uk) and any orders placed through it. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Tops Supplies is a wholesale supplier providing pizza ingredients, packaging, equipment, and related products to trade and retail customers.

2. Orders

All orders placed through this website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a product is listed at an incorrect price or description due to error.

Orders are confirmed by email once received. This confirmation does not guarantee availability of stock; we will contact you if any item ordered is unavailable.

3. Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice, though confirmed orders will not be affected by subsequent price changes.

4. Delivery

We deliver using our own warehouse and fleet network. Delivery timescales provided at checkout or by our team are estimates only and not guaranteed. While we make every effort to deliver within the stated timeframe, we are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the address provided. Failed deliveries due to incorrect address details or unavailability may incur additional charges.

5. Returns and Faulty Goods

Goods must be checked at the point of delivery. Any damage, faults, or discrepancies with your order must be reported to the delivery driver and noted at the time of delivery. We are unable to accept claims for damaged, faulty, or incorrect goods reported after the delivery driver has left.

Due to the nature of our products (including food and perishable items), we do not accept returns once goods have been accepted at delivery.

6. Account and Pricing Tiers

Certain products and pricing may be made available only to specific registered customer groups. We reserve the right to verify trade status before granting access to trade pricing.

7. Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of order unless you hold a credit account with us. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Customers with credit account arrangements remain subject to the separate payment terms agreed with Tops Supplies.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of business or profit.
